The Process
Design
Often one of the biggest fears with building a new home is making and coordinating all the design decisions. Bella’s initial consultation, guided by our in-house designer(s), involves listening to your needs, designs and ideas. Kassie and Kris
will provide you with as much or as little help as you want with your new home selections. They will happily assist you in finding the perfect items for your home and keep your budget on track.
Build
At Bella we schedule and attend vendor appointments, confirm items on start orders before purchasing and communicate with you on a regular basis. We want to help ease the building process with a single communication platform. With our organized budgeting tools the costs are transparent to you, enabling informed decisions about allocating resources.
Serve
We strive to be industry leaders by using detailed scopes of work and sub-contractor agreements. Each Bella project has a dedicated on-site manager to ensure quality construction and every detail is achieved. Only high quality supplies and materials are used to ensure quality, maximum home comfort and efficient maintenance.
